IKKOKU｜Speed-line Logo Tee (SUNSET)

The IKKOKU Speed-line Logo Tee, the brand's first logo tee, was launched to celebrate the opening of the new store. Designed by the IKKOKU team, the design was printed and produced with the assistance of the Cotton Research Club, and the product is entirely made in Japan.

COTTON RESEARCH CLUB (CRC) was founded by twin brothers Kazunori and Kenji Yamanoe, who led A BATHING APE® for 27 years. Inspired by the rebellious spirit of 90s street culture, the brand focuses on Japan-made blank apparel, pursuing the ultimate purity in “cotton research.”

The Logo Tee is crafted from 6.6oz open-end yarn USA cotton with tubular knitting and no side seams. 100% spun, dyed, and sewn in Wakayama, Japan; the fabric offers a dry, airy hand feel that develops a richer vintage character with every wash. It features a classic straight fit, CRC’s signature tubular body, relaxed silhouette, and single-stitch construction.

The design concept is based on simplicity, incorporating clever details such as speed lines and color fading within the "IKKOKU" logo. Two colorways are available: GREYTONE, understated yet distinct, and SUNSET, fresh and vibrant, presenting distinct visual styles.

Since our founding over three years ago, we've dreamed of launching our own product line, and the Logo Tee was our first choice. We faced many challenges along the way, especially our lack of experience and the need to adhere to Made in Japan principles.

Fortunately, we have finally taken the first step. Although this Logo Tee is not 100% independently produced by IKKOKU, it would never have been possible without the great help of the Cotton Research Club.
