46G Washer Easy Trousers are made of 46G ultra-high gauge twill fabric with carefully calculated threading and knitting.

During processing, the material is also treated with a catch-washer process to create wrinkles on the textile. This knitting technique is a unique material that cannot be found anywhere else.

It is lightweight, comfortable, stretchable and most importantly, it does not wrinkle at all when worn. Since it is processed by utilizing the thermoplastic properties of synthetic fibers, there is no need to worry about wrinkles falling off.

The raw material of cotton thread is 160/2 fine double thread. Using gas thread (a type of thread made by passing fine yarn through a flame at high speed to burn and remove only the fuzz on the surface of the yarn), it feels more lustrous and has less fuzz after washing.

In addition, the synthetic fiber is made of 75D high-crimp recycled polyester, which combines strength, gloss and easy care.

The pants have a moderate thickness and all waist and hem adjusters are made from the same fabric. It has a sense of unity with the material and is a pair of easy pants suitable for any style.
