The fabric of 36G ECONYL Solid Balloon Pants absolutely reflects KANEMASA PHIL.'s obsession with materials. It uses a new type of fleece material (a combination of recycled nylon material ECONYL and recycled Suvin), woven using Japan's only 36G fleece machine.

This new material is made of nylon on the front and cotton on the back, is reversible and combines a unique sheen with high density.

The material is salt-shrunk to make the threads stand out and the high-specification material more dense. Through the salt shrinkage process, the material has a more textured texture and the color has a retro feel. The most important thing is to ensure that its texture will not be pulled and become a unique material.

Sewing and cutting are done in one of the best trouser factories in Japan.

The style is a loose trouser silhouette, with an elastic band at the back waist and a pleat at the front, which creates a unique vibe when worn.

The material is recycled by Italian company Aquafil, which removes impurities from fishing nets and worn-out carpets to produce nylon of the same quality as virgin nylon. KANEMASA PHIL. is the first Japanese factory brand to sign an exclusive contract in Japan.
