Schuray.｜M-43 Modified Splashed Airborne Trousers

These painted jump trousers are crafted from drill fabric woven with organic Turkish cotton for both the warp and weft.

They're sulfur-dyed, deliberately not mercerized, allowing for enjoyable aging with wear.

Originally based on 1940s US Army field pants, they feature a coin and back pocket with flap-style dot buttons, and additional cargo pockets, modified by the owner.

The design has been simplified by eliminating excessive details like interior suspender buttons and loops, and added webbing straps. The added pockets were made of a separate piece of fabric, but by using the same material as the main body, the overall look is unified.

The paint design is inspired by vintage contractor-made BDU pants. The color scheme and splattered balance have been adjusted, and the pants have been handcrafted by artisans to create a striking look. The wide, straight silhouette is oversized and falls straight down.

By varying the stitch tension in different areas, the puckering and creases that occur during the wash process are subtly different for each pair, creating a vintage feel reminiscent of the original.
